Acceptable Use Policy

B2B only. WarMachineCRM is for business-to-business outbound. No consumer marketing, no transactional spam to private individuals.
Honor unsubscribe. One-click opt-out is enforced platform-wide. Suppression lists are immutable across campaigns and accounts.
No DNC violations. The dialer respects DNC, state-by-state calling windows, and TCPA. Violations terminate accounts.
No deceptive content. From-fields, subject lines, and body copy must accurately represent the sender and the offer.
No deliverability poisoning. You don't use sending domains to attack reputation, scrape inboxes, or run unrelated sequences in parallel that risk our shared infrastructure.
